Orange aren't bad. They're partnered with T-Mobile so you get double the coverage. I've got a pretty good deal through retentions (600 mins, unl texts and net + any phone for £25 a month, 18mont contract). I also accidentally ran up a ~£350 roaming charges bill when I was in Paris after I misread a deal they had where you got up to 30mb for £1.50 a day but I well exceeded it without realising. I phoned them up when I got the bill and cried about it and they just credited the money back to my account, even though it was my fault for being a moron for not reading the TOC properly.

o2 are ace - been with them for nearly 10 years now and never had an issue with them. UK call centres who always try to help when you need it. There was some network trouble the other week (that didnt trouble me in the slightest) but they still gave me £10 off my bill anyway. Recommended ++

vodafone, pricey with shitty stores and even worse telephone support but great coverage - and their overseas charges aren't too rapey once you've got your 'vodafone passport' set up properly.

T-Mobile for me. I've been half price for life for years because, and as long as, my nephew works at their head office. £180 allowance a month (or 15 hours free talktime including premium rate numbers), unlimited web n walk. I never ever use up all my allowance and monthly bills are never more than £18. I find the network is absolutely fine.

you on krack ?, im swimming in 3g round here ;), never had drama with o2 coverage but aye the service is wank, why you should go with giff gaff or tesco.... know giff gaff have unlimited texts / web with calls to 0800 #'s kept free for a tenner a month sim only, think its like 300 mins on a 1 month rolling contract, think tesco got a similiar offer but on a 12 month and 500mb (which is apparently negotiable ;) )
