Might be worth noting that this is a Team Arena map, but the TA specific powerups in the screenshots might have given it away.
First gameplay tip: judging from the screenshots, it looks like your flags are impossible to steal. There's nowhere to run to or from, so it's incredibly hard for an attacker to grab it and get away with it.
First of all: the map doesn't have any missing textures when played with Team Arena enabled.
Technical stuff:
I think you need to fix the launchpads leading to the flag teleporters, I often fell to my death when I tried to use them. And your levelshot doesn't work because it's in png format (I think only jpg and tga are supported).
On the rest of the map:
The layout seems questionable even for very small CTF. This map basically only has a single room and I guess the gameplay will boil down to FFA in that room. QUAD in a map of that size is a bad idea and since you can't play it with more than 2 (maybe 4 if you like that kinda quake games) people I'd say the map has too many items in the center room (and altogether it has 2x MEGA + 2x YA which also seems a lot). The player who won a fight can instantly get back to full health and lots of armor because the center room has many +50H.
It is possible to make small 1vs1/2vs2 CTF maps that are simple and fun but I think this one is a bit too simple atm. Maybe you could improve it by making the flag areas where the teleporters lead a bit larger. I agree that with a single route leading away from the flag to a predictable tele exit, stealing the flag also seems very hard.
It's good that you have a good item (the MEGA) and a weak weapon near the flag.
EDIT: I should mention that everything I said about the gameplay is more or less guessed (since the map has no bot file atm).

Hello, could you please post screenshots in your post instead of a zip. I don't feel like downloading the zip file, saving it, extracting it, then clicking on screenshots. I say New Rule: post embedded screenshots of your map in your post body.
If those are your screenshots down on post #9 then can you move those to your initial post please?
