How about..

1. Some information about what files your downloading ( not just filesize )

2. If you connect to server and autodownload is'nt offered, then how about the server gives you a clue about which files u miss?

Auto download works fine if the server admin can set up his server config properly..

Ok, a good config can give url re-direction.. but thats a quite poor alternative, should tell u in game.

but I don't think a good config will fix "missing filenames from download?"

"2" : GTR and X-Battle servers show their pk4 file list in your server browser.

It's people like you that are ruining this forum with stupid and immature comments.

Cheap plug? The entire concept behind files.quake4world.com is to help people like him in his exact situation.

It's also a free service that is costing some people a lot of time and money.

What are you doing to help this person other than flaming people who are trying to help him?

Maybe I haven't contributed a shitload on this particular forum but I have offered alot of assistance elsewhere. Just new here, although I throw in a link when I can. Was merely joking.
