Watched for the second time but it is worth it. Great entertaining movie starring Billy Connolly, Rosamund Pike, David Tennant and others.
A family of 5 is off to granddad's big 75th birthday party at uncle's estate in rural Scotland. The parents fight and are separated and hope their 3 kids won't mention it. The kids love, can talk with and will do anything for granddad.
Yeah man. I have been doing a "films I really need to watch" thing of late. Also watched The Shining which was interesting. I can see why it caused a stir back in the day.
I’m jealous you get to watch these films for the first time. But I guess there’s still a shit ton I haven’t seen too.
I wonder if in the future they’ll be able to wipe certain memories so you can experience things for the first time again. Movie theaters could have a booth set up in the lobby to men-on-black you as you walk in...
Really good! Arnold Schwarzenegger as Roman dealing with the tragic loss after two planes collide mid-air. Some 271 souls lost :tear:
Based on a true events supposedly...

It was released on video on demand.
Very good movie. Leaves you on a positive ecstatic feeling. At least that was my own experience.
But I'm torn with this movie.
Is it OK to make a feel-good-movie about racism?
So I am torn between a 7 or 8. Technically it is that good. The actors are fantastic. The story is great. But is it really the whole story?
7.5/10
Disaster Artist
I don't know "The Room". This movie doesn't really make me want to see it. A lot of movies have been called "worst movie ever made". It couldn't really grab me.
6/10
Hmmm... Watched only snippets and it really looks a 10/10. Just the era I figure. Top acting.. Looking forward to watching completely. Jodie and Harvey Keitel are sooo good.
Yes, as you & ! suspected, there were no surprises to be found here. I found the quantity of Mexican language content annoying and would have preferred they spoke English like in America. There was Mexican dialogue in many places, so much so, I thought the movie needed subtitles and that is rare for me. Thinking, yes it was annoying.
