how much of a difference will it really make?
A year and a half less development time than the PS3.

No Hard drive.
No backwards compatibilty.

Who's gonna get one?

I suppose it all depends on what exclusive games it's going to get. But I see the PS3 beating it in that category anyhow.

There's gonna be 3 versions of the Xbox2.

One without HD. Cheap

One WITH HD. More expensive

One integrated into a standardised home gaming PC. Very expensive.

What I do believe is that XBox2 AND PS3 will be chock-full of DRM gizmos, probably with integrated booby traps to kill anyone who attempts to chip it.
