Topic Starter	Topic: Quake Live adds x-mas maps and Santa model

"Silent Night", which is mpterra3 with christmas decorations and "Winter Edge" which is a christmas themed version of The Edge. Freeze Tag can be played on Winter Edge even if you have no premium account. There's also a Santa player model playable during these winter festivities (it can be selected from the in-game model selection menu). There's also a new award that can be earned called "Winter Night". I have no description of the requirements but it's probably about playing a match on both these maps? Regular Freeze Tag is always good fun, but to be honest, their implementation of it is so half assed that it really feels going backwards in time 9 years. I myself come from a Ultra Freeze Tag background, which was such an awesome, polished and feature rich mod that Quake Live just feels bland. _________________ Get mods & maps at Engines of Creation
