There are few points with level made:
1st, there are no items
2nd, map has leak
3rd, the texture from gothic_block hasn't to be at floor brush, use texture from gothic_floor already, instead of wall texture.

I think, that map is unfinished, so continue at editing map (fill the leak, add some items and change the wall texture at floor by floor texture).
Then link us to finished map file, we'll compile it for play and write some gameplay bugs.

But concept is good. You have some talent, only expand your mapping skillz to maximum.

You can also make your own textures, models or sounds. To some textures you can make shaders editing their properties (also making multiple-texture, glowing texture or using alpha channel of TGA texture).

Some mapper are making maps for QuakeLive (an commercial project, registration is free, gameplay is free, if you have standard account /premium and pro account have some price/, but all maps need to have some advertises inside and with standard account you have o watch advert from sponsors) and then sell their maps to ID Software for use at update.

But all mappers were beggining at 'first blood' skillz (your skill).
After finished this map, you can make other, more complex. It must have an idea inside, then making is easy sometimes.
Very complex maps were made in months or years.

I like your feel for fun, but I cannot accept your mind.

There is some talent given to map, so he can continue in mapping.
He (and you) only have to keep in mind that:
# Map may NOT to have a leak inside,
# Map may to have textures in use at brushes, what presents the texture type,
# Map must have some items for sucessful gameplay,
# Map has to be optimised by mergin' brushes, what can be merged,
# Mapper may to have some idea to create map.
