This just in...I officially retired from professional bodybuilding a few days ago...after winning every contest out there and being the total package for years on end, I have to call it quits and move on with my life...now cry me a river u gym rats...it's been lonely being on top of the food chain for so long :olo:

I've been sick as a dog ever since I broke up with diana...it's been 9 months of intense mutual love but it had to end at some point...oh well...in the meantime I guess I'll have to move to quebec and spend some time with aunt deca and uncle testo to recover from this devastating split :olo:

your arms and your legs need some work...don't get me wrong tho...overall great physique, especially the abs <3

I still have to wonder where u guys found those training programs tho lol...cracker jack boxes? I mean, there are no shortcuts for real power....stick to the core exercises u morons...squats, deadlifts, benchpress and put a lot of weight on it, this ain't like kindergarden tag u homos...u gotta push it if u ever wanna become great like I am :olo:

I've never used a needle yet, as weird as it may sound...I was supposed to start injecting 3 months ago hence why I wanted to post my amazing pictorial :olo:

It should happen in a matter of days...still waiting for that nurse I used to bang to answer me on facebook...if she don't want to help me out then I'll do it on my own since none of the guys I know want to help me out...jellus weaklings don't even know what's gonna happen to them after this travesty. I'll keep you guys posted and yes, there will be a pictorial posted at some point...I'm a man of my word and if u morons don't believe me, well u can go fuck yourselves!

can't wait for monday, going to do this 12 week program (in addition to the normal workouts)

i've already got the first 3 weeks plugged into a spreadsheet that will calculate the weight for each thing so if anyone wants a copy emailed to them let me know. still have to enter in the rest of the values but it's all auto-calculated. pretty slick

lmao at the gym some guys asked if they could use the bench with me, I was okay sure. I had just finished x3 day of 5/3/1 and was just using it to do my db accessory work since the other benches were full. One of the guys lays down and the other goes "he is so strong," I watch as he loads up 225 and proceeds to do 10 half-reps with a spotter. His friend tells me "He is a warrior. He is training for his next fight." Really? An MMA fighter who trains with heavy weights with half ROM? I walk over to my friend in the corner of the gym and joke about the guy, I tell him that he did 225 for 10 reps with half ROM, and next I bet he's going to do 315 with quarter ROM. I turn around and lo and behold, the guy has loaded it up to 315 and is doing, as predicted, quarter-reps with his spotter upright rowing the thing. Everyone in the gym is looking at the guy in awe at this point, I walk over and his friend again says how he's so strong. I couldn't contain myself, I just smiled and said "It doesn't count unless you touch your chest." lolz
