UK TV 5:50 on 4: Avatar

Just thought I'd post it for any UK people reading the forum.
It'll be on soon. I'll be watching it (in HD) for the first time. (UK TV premiere.)

Enjoy a trimmed version of a film with worse quality than blu-ray interrupted by commercials every few minutes.

it did

so that's a box office record and a solo depth record

now he should aim for a 'most oscars for best director' record. mountain to climb there i feel... (john ford has 4)

Mazda: In the UK advert breaks aren't so frequent as in the US and probably Canada has the same frequency of them as the US.
The schedule was 3 hours 10 minutes, so I doubt that it was trimmed time-wise. Only thing that could be trimmed is it was 16:9 instead of cinemascope (dunno what ratio they used for the IMAX version, though).

Brilliant film. All you haters are cynics.
