Mazda's art has the distinct quality of making you retarded the longer you look.

You can tell mine isn't a Mazda original by the lack of Tomb Raider.

Bump.

Been getting into drawing a lot more lately, particularly digital art. Only got two up now, but I'm much happier with these than my old crappy Doom drawing:

George Bridgeman, I highly recommend. Go through his books and draw everything and I guarantee your skills will improve incredibly. I also recommend taking up a pencil and paper and scanning those items to re-draw them digitally, my monk is an example of that, looks way more natural unless you're really skilled. The bridgeman books are free somewhere online, I found them by googling his name, a lot of illustrators swear by him and I agree. My ability to draw the human form has expanded incredibly. I also recommend these hard to find tutorials by David Finch. Gronom or something, I forget, great great info, he also recommends the Bridgeman books.

Thank you for the advice! I'll definitely consider checking him out.

I like fKd's drawings as well. I like how he doesn't design robots in the cliche style of Michael Bay enthusiasts, but gives it a unique feel. It reminds me of the artistic representations of ancient civilizations with advanced technology, out-of-place parts, etc. Excellent class.
