If you are using a cordless phone make sure it is not kept near your router/dsl modem. I had a similar (but less severe) problem which is cured now that I keep the phone in another room.

Please do not add any new weapons or power-ups. There is no ammo or power-ups on ctf4. Adding stuff will change the way the map plays. Removing stuff that nobody uses will not. Thanks.
