Quake Ports?

Whenever I make a server, nobody can connect to it but me', that's because I'm behind a router... There's a way to change it so other people CAN connect to it, but I forgot the quake ports used to do that... Can anybody help me out with this?

It only reboots in Q3, so I guess next thing I'm going to do is update video and sound drivers... Anyone know how to do that? :dork:

Having a problem with Quake 3...

Whenever I play Q3, the computer reboots all of a sudden... Does anyone here know why the computer keeps doing this, or how I can make it stop doing that?
