As for 3wave, I think you answered your own question. It's an outdated version, from years ago. So it would be hard to find it online...

You can check which PR is most popular with a server browser like The All-Seeing Eye. Just find all the servers under the Excessive filter and then use the version modifier to filter on PR number.
