tried to enter a game on THE ALL SEEING EYE d it said Protocol version 68. I downloaded 1.32 and It looks like I already had it.(q3base ect.) How do i get Protocol version 68, how do I use Protocol version 68 on the all seeing eye????

how do i launch myself across the room in q3ctf1. Has somthing to do with shoting ones gun at the floor. I've done this but only make it half way. the pros make it to the otherside and beond. ???????????????? why and how please.
