Now getting error
"client/server game mismatch: baseq3-1/"
Thats just trying to play single player.

In the command lines it says:
loading DLL file ui.
failed to load DLL, looking for qvm.

Not sure if thats relevent.

Any ideas Quake 3 guru?

I have found an old cd which has a Quake 3 Arena folder and have copied it to my C: drive. However it seems to be a copy of the already installed files. I.e.
