This is an inside wiring problem. Replace the microfilters you have on your phones. If you unplug ALL phones, from the line, then play does it still occur? if so, then a burglar alarm or some other device, fax, modem, etc. may be seizing the line (going off hook...OH) Proper filtering to seperate ou...
