How long does it take to compile that map in unreal3? Editor shot with all stuff hidden and perspective view maxed. But you can play in the editor (sort of - extra window) for testing purposes. Looks cool, but won't run on my box. :( It runs better than you think. Runs very good on an overclocked Geforce 7950GT (nice settings + 1280px). What for? ;) I remember the thread in the general section, where most of the Q3W guys slammed the new UT3. I'm still expecting strange reactions... :D

Wow, the new version plays great. It's really like q3 with physics + normal/specular maps. Too bad the lighting is so limited with this engine, but man, it's about the gameplay, right? :p

I installed the demo and it feels great. I too think it feels better than q3. Movement and weapons just feel "right". I have tons of fun ATM in "Over The Edge"... :icon25: :icon25: :icon25:

It looks great! I wonder if the fog issue is an engine deficiency or a driver issue. UT2kx engine cannot fog the sky for example, AFAIK.
