could sumone tell me how to use the ufreeze mod on my server

any idea of how i get it or do u no if it is a download

and to get rid of heath and armour spawns and weapons thru out the lvl i also want to turn off lava damage and make railguns a one shot kill

i just wat to make a good freezetag game and a ctf i wanna know like how to put knockback on with rail gun and unlimited ammo and certain weapons and any good tips would be very much give me some sites to help me this would be appreciated.
