Warez as in the pak0.pak3 file was stolen? I am still not sure how even if it 'was' warez why it would lag so bad... it worked fine on my windows box.

I have followed a tutorial on how to get Quake 3 up and running on an amd 64 running linux. I am using the OpenSuSE 10.2 64 edition. It all works I can connect to the server list in 1.32, connect to a server and even play...but it lags in almost exact intervals like the internet connection is going ...
