So Quake Live works with settings to override higher resolution DPI settings by app. However, it doesn't with Quake 3 :(

After many years I've returned to Quake 3 as well and even started playing around a bit. It was a pain getting everything running the way I want to, but it's all good now. Who knows what might happen :)

That's interesting and I might have figured that out, except the Quake 4 gamepack never included an ent file. I suppose I could just make one.

So it seems Radiant gets its colours first from those ent files > then packed def files > then extracted def files > then its own defaults.

So I ordered the 2080 and as soon as I did, nVidia came out with there "Super" teaser. So I am sending the 2080 back and I will get a 2080 Super when they drop. Then my PC upgrades are done...unless I fancy a Ryzen 9 3950x...so the shits and the giggles. Future proofed for 3 years then :olo:
