The engine looks powered up.
That dismemberment feature looks pretty realistic!

Nowadays, lower spec PCs can't run well playing this game.

I think there's some GPU beaten this game, maybe a 3080 RTX at very high settings?

I didn't know something like this was possible. Definitely mind blowing. I can't quite understand how it works, but I might explore the map files at home and see how is it done, try different settings, different setups, etc. Maybe I'll be able to get into it. I don't think I'll ever use it though.

Yes, I am experiencing the SAME issue. I hear the sound but the video is blank where the id video usually is. I just converted to the same settings and from what I'm reading online it's due to the video not supporting widescreen.

So sick of broken HDR in games. It's up to a point where we need a global hdr toggle front and center instead of buried in the xbox settings.
Some games are completely unreadable when hdr is enabled.

Game runs really smooth on my 2080 Ti, 1440p and ultra settings with RT on low. I think a 3080 Ti will really hit the sweet spot.

Seems fun but my fps is absolute garbage. :( trying to figure out if there's any magic console commands I could use to help get me to 60 at least. Right now I'm struggling to get above 20 with the lowest settings from the menu. Forget being in a fight too pretty sure it drops to 5fps or lower.

I assume that PC runs everything else fine? Games and applications? 1.6.6 shouldn't need any special compatibility settings. I suppose you also installed both Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable packages?
