I don't think Q3's in-game server browser still reports Internet servers. You'll need 3rd party software to find servers, unless you know the IP address of a server.

i am a player of quake 3
and i have original quake 3
but i cant play online multiplayer

Both wrong! dedicated 1 is for a LAN server, dedicated 2 is for internet play (makes the server announce itself to the master servers).

ROQ is probably more processor and memory intensive, 8 stages is heavier on GPU.

I've never heard of this bug and the OP never answered if this bug affects a server or map with 24 hour up time. If the latter, this almost never happens with Q3 since servers usually cycle between maps.

and heres a list of the defrag 1.32 servers if you ever want to get back into it or just stop by. http://www.q3df.org/server

theres much more servers, but these servers specifically customized to set records and logged times.

It was only for the server browser anyway, so it displays all servers rather than a random few. It didn't change the stutter.

The server browser is broke so it only finds X servers then craps out, really piss poor...

But the connect being broke is just... Wut...

I'm not sure if it's related, but there is a 1.32c point release available that fixes some kind of security issue for servers. Might be a good idea to start off with installing the 1.32c point release.

Sounds like you have a poor connection to the server. Whenever you pick a server to play on, seek out servers with a long "ping" value. Anything more than 100ms is considered problematic, although purists will want a ping much lower than that.
