caulk brushes count? cause i used one to fix vis problems and i exceeded the brush limit

The screenshot definitely looks cool.
I wonder about one thing though. You say there's no caulk. Are you seriously going through all of your brushwork again to caulk invisible surfaces? I usually just build everything in caulk and then texture the faces I can see.

I just made a test... I transformed only one brush into a func_bobbing entity, recompile the map and it became invisible right away.... I am in the twilight zone!

You can use a texture's alpha channel for depth testing and then make it invisible in a number of ways, alphaGen const 0, for example.

Note: As with every multi-staged shader, each additional stage multiplies an extra rendering pass.
