did you buy the early access pack?

You're the only one on my list that isn't lvl1. Everyone in general chat complaining about queues because there aren't any players.

Methinks so.. and it reminds me to read that email..

Me, still stuck in Slither :smirk: and I am actually getting scores in to order of 50K most time I play now.. I haven't played Minecraft in a long time. I still get into QL and seeing some of those maps in LEM make me want to fire up Q3 again :)

Wow, I forgot how long ago I played City of Heroes. That was the last proper MMO I enjoyed playing...

These days I'm playing Overwatch.

Ques are 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

The last patch before early access,. Ques were way better...15-30 seconds...

They'll fix it...

Some Overwatch.
Nearly finished Aven Colony, a fun little game akin to Outpost. Bit too easy though. Once you crack the underlying code you can win any scenario easily without doing too much even on Insane difficulty.

Also playing through Bioshock for the first time. Eh so far it's alright.. not as mind-blowing as it was made out to be (yet). Might also because we're used to a narrative and gameplay this game offers nowadays.

You have to imagine this: when I first played Bioshock on Xbox 360, I was so blown away by it that I didnt even notice the plane intro wasnt a pre-rendered cutscene and I waited for the actual gameplay to start while lying in the water.

You are just 10 years late on this party

is exactly what I'm realising. Playing the Remasters so it looks pretty good still.
I'm just hoping the awesomeness of yesteryear isn't fully dependent on the graphics.

Silent Hill 2 looks like ass now technically speaking but the sound direction, art direction, camera angles, story nuances etc make this game stand the test of time.

Either way, I'll play through the trilogy and hopefully have my life enriched. If not I'll have had 60 odd hrs of solid entertainment still :)

Played a bit of Bioshock around 2010 or so. Loved the presentation but didn't like the gameplay so I didn't continue.

Found out I bought some humble bundle pack for all the Tomb Raider games so I'll be going through those once I get back home.
Working on a first play through on Silent Hill 2 (the first one scared me shitless and I couldn't bring myself to play 2 when I was a kid); kind of odd to see it mentioned by somebody else here as well.
Going to pick up Sonic Mania and thinking about maybe getting Persona 5 and Horizon: Zero Dawn
Reinstalled Quake Live. It's dead.

You're not quite alone in your love for Silent Hill. The original SH games have become cult classics. For me personally, SH2 is officially the scariest game I've ever played.

I meant more that the timing was odd rather than the fact that other people like the series. Especially for singling out 2 being that SH 2 is the one I started working my way through recently.
I'm not even through the first set of apartments (wood side apartments) and it's spooking the fuck out of me.

SH2 is brilliant at building up tension by not having anything happen at all. Compared to Resident Evil, it was much scarier as RE was much more about jump scares.

Conan Exiles. Stay away... far away. This game is so buggy it shouldn't be called a game.

You'd appreciate it. It brilliantly balances in your face scary with subliminal creeping out and haunting symbolism.

The posed mannequin in Woodside apartments :(

Also, headphones are not optional.

Is steam a different player base than Bethesda? I can see your level 3 from here...

no its the same, except you have to spend the $30 to play it via steam.

You just buy it and then log in with your existing Bethesda account.

They're supposed to be adding all kinds of new stuff to the .63 Beta release of Day Z, including base building.

I'm anxious to give it a try.

Now when is .63 is going to be released?
