I have been putting off making this thread, but it has recently come back to the forefront of my mind and I figured I might as well just get on with it.

This is a thread about about the weirdness of sexual preferences and turn-ons. At some points, it's going it's going to get full-on nasty, so even though this place can get fairly seedy, I feel obligated to put in this disclaimer. It's going to get lewd.

OK, here are the things I am wondering about. I want to know, really, why:

    It's such a turn-on for some guys to ejaculate on their partner's face and/or breast.

    It's a turn-on to have your partner swallow your semen or least have him/her accept your ejaculation in his/her mouth.

    Some people are very attracted to the sight of a person's anus. (I am particularly interested in this, as I used to think of sexual attraction in terms of reproduction/evolution, i.e. oooh, those breasts look like they are very healthy for feeding my child, and the anus has little to do with reproduction)

    Some people are very attracted to the sight of hairy genitals.

Those are some of the ones I've wondered about for years. I am looking for some insight into what makes these things so popular among some. My guess is I am coming at this from the wrong perspective completely. Halp.

You've been watching waaaay too much porn. Those may be some people's sexual preferences (porn stars), but I'm guessing that that is not the preference of most people.

Porn glorifies anal. I have not and will never consider it. There are too many factors involved in it and the consequences could be severe (according to all the horror stories I've heard and read). The thought of having shit on my dick or damaging a girl's sphincter is all I need to dissuade me.

I'm old-fashioned in the sense that I enjoy normal intercourse. I don't get what's so fantastic about all the shit pornstars do. I guess some people get bored if they make sex a casual hobby and then have thoughts about experimenting.

This isn't going to be a discussion about who's done what, because this IS Q3W, and it's my understanding that often times here, the truth is stretched. That being the case, why bother making claims of anything. Look at Mazda, he could easily claim having fucked exact triplets while their Mom sat in the corner and polished the marble, and really we all know that that's not true, but it's a claim. There are a few posts in here that are talking about how porn sort of hams up these activities. I agree. But, I think it's worth considering that such porn (anal, semen-swallowing, bondage, feet, etc) wouldn't exist if it didn't totally turn on a large number of people.

porn creates this kind of weird feedback loop in guys. we grow up watching porn before getting some, so we get turned on by the things we see in porn, not because they're specifically arousing, but just because it's what we were jerking off to for years.

the whole "ejaculate on her" thing (as opposed to inside, where it usually goes) was mostly a tradition in porn. there's nothing special about it, other than that's the way it was originally done, so that's what guys got turned on by, so that's what kept being made. a decent amount of porn (at least on the internet, i dunno where else you would get porn) has done away with that tradition.

guys can get fixated on anything involving sex. this doesn't mean that the thing itself is arousing (the arousal exists in our brains, not in the activity), but just that guy's hyperactive sexual obsession subroutines happened to pick that thing.

mostly the times i've done that i've been thinking about porn, so it's probably some attempt to capture/recreate the feeling of a porn clip, which is usually not positive towards the woman. as for what she thinks about it, obviously she doesn't mind or it wouldn't happen.

Some of the stuff listed here in Moguls thread is pretty tame.
