Funny you say this, as I discovered her because she did a "Stripped X Three" track for Satriani and that impressed me well enough to have a look at more of her work.
There's actually a whole bunch of guitar players that did such tracks for him. It's well worth checking out because you get to see some well known guitar players give their own interpretations of Satch songs:

I mostly listen to random playlists generated by YouTube Music these days, starting with a song I like, and it introduces me to lots of new (to me) music.
However, once in a while it'll also play an absolute belter from a band I love that I'd forgotten about, and yesterday was one such instance where it threw this my way:



I hadn't heard this in years, but it's an absolute barnstormer with at least 3 really cool, distinct parts and a stonkingly good bassline intro (and a wonderfully demented, psuedo-country guitar that comes in after a few bars).

I still regret that I never saw them live (much like Fishbone), as they're one of my absolute, all-time favourite bands (which I think I've mentioned here before. Probably more than once :D ).
