Currently listening to some of the more relaxed tracks Manu Chao ever made - in order to soothe my spirit and calm my somewhat frayed nerves (shit, what a weekend).

Melkweg? No my friend, this was at Fusion, which is a giant thing in Germany. Maybe you'll like this ADE from mr. Lucy (the utterly incomprehensible Italian from the Digital Deluxe label) set that actually took place in the Melkweg though; https://soundcloud.com/lucy/lucy-melkweg-ade-2013

Spotify's Discover Weekly playlist (which is Spotify's personalized playlist that is newly generated with a different selection of songs each week). It appears to match my musical tastes pretty well.

I've got a playlist where I take my favourite tracks each week and put them there. Turning out to be mega so far, but you start to see how much your mood dictates what you like at the time.

What I mostly take away from Discover Weekly is that I'm presented with a lot of bands and artists I've never heard of before. I realize that's getting a bit of a cliche in the world of unlimited streaming but before Discover Weekly, I was rarely tempted to try new music because it got presented to me through Spotify. Discover Weekly does exactly that though, and it turns out I'm rather fond of Scandinavian bands with names that one cannot possibly pronounce correctly.

So how do you pronounce seemingly random letters like Aðalbjörn Tryggvaso, Sæþór Maríus "Pjúddi" Sæþórsson or Guðmundur Óli Pálmason

All members of the Icelandic band "Sólstafir".

Yeah, I'm so happy we're communicating through a forum right now.

Mention of David Bowie in another topic had me searching here for 'oddity'

Remember this from Eraser on 05-12-2013?

Here's the official video, courtesy YouTube. Just love the song

Bowie first came to the attention of the public in July 1969 when his song "Space Oddity" reached the top five of the UK Singles Chart.

Yep, catchy for sure.

Me, well I couldn't help find a Bowie.... and with lyrics, a bonus for you where English is not your first language

I suspected it wouldn't last long being the latest and yes I was surprised to see the whole Blackstar album there.
