I would say that I am unimpressed with the PS3 overall. Nearly every game I have played on it, has some slowdown. Dragon Age on the PS3 is painful to play. The only games that look and run nice are the PS3 exclusives, like Uncharted 2 (which is superb). It seems that when they go across multi platforms, the PS3 is weaker.

Also, PS Home, WTF is that shit?

Nah mate. You're factually incorrect on that. The 360 one is too stiff and looks like a rejected Star Trek toy.

Also the batteries last about a week. PS3 just charge it from the machine.

360 Pad design, layout, stick placement, shape and triggers > PS3.

PS3 dpad > 360's awful shitty thing.

I don't have a PS3, only played one for a while. I definitely prefer the 360 controllers, especially for FPS-style aiming.

Also, to the people who advocate the PS3 as a BR player: doesn't using your console as your main BR player shorten the life of the disc drive?

I love my 360, especially the media options. Being able to download videos in HD over Zune is pretty nice, although I don't necessarily care for the "rental" model. XBL Arcade is nice too -- I bought Shadow Complex last weekend, what an awesome game. It's what the more recent Metroid games should have been like.

I've never spent any time with PS3's media capabilities though, so don't have any point of comparison there.

having to plug in a controller to charge, or not being able to replace the battery is pretty lame.

you need a quickcharge kit for 360. swapping packs = winner

Oh another plus for the PS3, everything is included. You have to buy a wireless adapter for the 360? WTF? It's 2010. Even my cock is wireless.

I've recently been contemplating getting an Xbox360 as well, can anyone give me a few "killer app" titles that are only available on it [i.e. nothing that's also out on the PC].

lol @ the console war argument. it only matters to poor people anyway.

i almost forgot that the last guardian and gt5 were due for the ps3 in 2010 too. i still think the ps3 exclusives wipe the floor with anything only on the 360.

for multiplatform games which suck on the ps3... well, theres always the 360 or the pc for me :)

how can so many people be using regular batteries in their 360 controllers?

the ps3 controller is for baby hands, and the triggers are a joke.

it depends on the game really. i've been playing dantes inferno and i much prefer the ps3 controller for third person action games.

for fps' i just refuse to play them on anything other than a mouse/keyboard.

i can't think of any games i prefer using the 360 pad with actually...

Wow, a lot of nubs in here... Although I guess its what you get used to using, but those sticks on the PS3 pad make me want to hulk smash it...
