Flat gravel roof part if style of house...flat on both sides of main A frame middle...

Car port was built in 70's and garage on other side was built 1995. The only problems with either roof was leaking around flashing by chimney...

So the headache has already begun. Leak = rot, rot = more rot and so on. Well I hope it doesn't get too much worse.

maybe some sort of heavily textured paint that hides uneven surfaces could be easiest for good results for the metal rails.

and for touch-ups i guess too

the prep for that yoy! i dont envy that!
