Nice to catch up with mates He's a funny bastard.... Other than that, in our apartment building that has been pet (animal) free for 10+ years, a new purchaser has decided he wants dog Why buy in a building complex knowing to rules (by laws) and defy Owners tha have been here for years Really gets up my goat! (that a pet??) People like this need to take a look at themselves!!! Enough said... Just heard his Father, also a pet supporter has had back surgery and complications.... Karma? No. Should I have? I read one recipe where they suggest soaking the chips for an hour beforehand but no mention of salt at all. I didn't mention but I put the sweet potato, salt, pepper, paprika and a little vegetable oil in a zip-lock bag to toss and coat. Worked wonderfully. I think I my mistake was too low a heat setting. better luck next time I guess. Re: What is new in your little world? It usually was beautiful until 1 or 2 in the afternoon and rained sporadically until 3 or 4. Then it was beautiful again. Overall the weather was quite nice. It was in the 60s at night and high 80s / mid 90s during the day.
