OK, here is your chance.

We have all built swimming pools or taken to lifting weights, and even I have booked a New Zealand holiday but this topic is to tell us (if you care) what is happening in your neck of the woods today.

Today, well my brother is visiting and that is a milestone event as he rarely visits; so I spent the morning sprucing up the place. You know by now of course, I am near anal when it come to cleanliness and presentation :)

.... and, just to add, I have spent the last days, culminating this morning on getting my PC in order: By that I mean, backing up all data to an external HDD after finally & thankfully resolving my BSOD issues :D

Yesterday I cooked ready for the week, got the brakes changed on my car, watched some TV and went to see my Mum.

Nice chilly Sunday - the way they should be

I drove from Saint-John to Fredericton yesterday on what had to be one of the worst commutes I've ever had to do. Fuck that was scary. The roads were ice/snow covered the entire way, probably some of the worst conditions I've seen in my 20 years driving.

Winds like that all weekend here (20+mph). I cleared the driveway and went out and when I got back an hour later I almost got stuck in the driveway.
I'm getting fucked by snow drifts....gotta get some snow fence for next winter.

I cleared it Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning I had 3ft in the driveway..just from the wind.

I can't even remember a winter this cold, seems like school has been canceled at least once a week this month.

Mom is visiting Hong Kong atm, taking her to Cebu in the Philippines later for some relaxation (and diving for me). This summer I'll be spending a month in Bangkok and trying to figure out where I want to settle down/spend the next leg of my life.

Crazy motherfucker but he enjoys experiencing different cultures. It also enables him to travel a lot..he hit up all the surrounding 'stans, Istanbul, Thailand and the Philippines last year.

whoa ey shaft what a drag ey

1rst year in that local u mentioned i think

perhaps in the future you will be able see where piling snow/not piling snow is best for it to blow right on threw and doesnt get blocked and bunch up like that what a mess!

and i havnt ever let it get to that height i only snow blow in 6th gear ey slow is for chumps so i would have multi- occasion blasted that out at 10" or under also depending on the density and all that.

because its such special circumstances ey

get a flask of kraken!

New gym opened last week. My first workout was last night. It's going to be a productive year.

Been getting some great use out of my budget steam machine and media center I built for the living room. Was able to sell my PS3 since the PC can play 3D blurays. Just need to transition the cable tuner card into that box and I can sell one of my 360s as well. Been playing a lot of emulated games on it with the wireless 360 controllers so that's a ton of fun. Mario Kart Double Dash at 120" in 1080p .

Got most of the wedding planning done or underway. Basically just need to go order the tuxes at some point and book the honeymoon. We decided on Sandals in St Lucia.

don't think I've ever seen that stuff sold over here. Our Rum selection is pretty bad though. I'm guessing that stuff is a bit more smooth than what I'm used to.

edit: Hey waitaminte. That went from an 80proof bottle to 151! :p
