I think you'll notice I didnt say "YOU" talked it up. :)

Just in general when Vegas comes up, someone is always "STOKED ABOUT VEGAS ITS SO COOL".

You're going to have to give us a clue as to which side of the audience you were in, front, back, or middle too? :o

From 16 to my early 20's I installed audio systems in all of my cars (and did it professionally for a short time). My friends and I also built custom speaker cabinets, door panels and consoles. Having a quality custom system was great, but designing and building it is what I enjoyed the most.

I've never installed subs or amps in any of my cars, farthest I've gone is to replace speakers and head units. Do you have to worry about extra strain on the alternator to power the amp?

Built a custom box with Alpine subs and amp for my caddy back in the day, good times. Not a fan of swapping out the head units in modern cars though, its just looks out of place. Don't you lose a lot of the system integration also?

Yes. That's why I'm installing an isolator relay that will allow the cars alternator to charge a second 680 CCA dry cell battery without overloading the factory charging system.

They sell interface modules that allow the factory controls to work with aftermarket radios. That's the "RadioPRO 4" pictured above.

Océ is located in Venlo, which is a subsidiary of Canon. Doombrain mentioned visiting them before

Having said that, Venlo is like the arse end of the Netherlands.

I will be going to Ecuador again in a couple of weeks. Also, there are 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe.

What prompted that?

Here is a page that says something different

Okay, there are 2.1 trillion galaxies in the observable universe. Happy with this more accurate number?

Sorry, didn't mean to sound dickish Whiskey, I was at work and trying to be brief. What I would have said if I wasn't rushing my post was: The previous estimate was 100 billion galaxies which is a HUGE number but it's tiny compared to 2 trillion. Funny how 100 billion becomes inconsequential (sort of) when the number gets revised to 2 trillion.
