I think it will take a lot more suffering before countries like the US or the UK resort to mass revolt. I'm reminded of an interview with Hanauer on TYT not too long ago with a similar tone, though fewer pitchforks.

you have to deprive the society of necessary things. like obama, he promises together, peace, and equality, yet no one is together. but all he had to do was talk for people that didnt exist.

Presidency is no more than an open door much like many a public schools that pass kids for just showing up for 4 years.

Id hate to be applying as a politician just filling ranks of a scripted illegitimate system where your idea of change is just well wishing hope and peace well guess what that cough syrup only gets you high so long. The Thatcher fights had some pretty good battles. Sad thing is I think we're in worse shape now than we were back then.

Similiar scenes in recent years too, the 1st 4 years of the coalition all you saw was the country trying to self destruct. Gets you nowhere.
