It's not just the depiction of certain sex acts which is under attack — our freedom is too.

we've already sacrificed several canaries in that coalmine: we have some of the world's worst libel laws, Leveson-inspired press regulation, D-notices, Prevent, and a raft of hate speech laws that will earn you a visit from the police if you say anything unpleasant on twitter. we're up to our necks in dead canaries already

Absolutely not - I'd never vote for him and Labour will not have my vote back until they get someone with some sense in the hot seat.

The NHS situation is bad news bears, but at the same time people need to help the situation by not going there because they have a runny nose or little Tommy grazed his knee.

I trained with a few doctors (physical gym stuff) and they say the amount of people they send on their way with a few paracetamol is incredible.

There is no excuse for Jeremy Hunt though. At all.

Gimmie a fucking break :|

I'll grant you, Labour is infested with racist SJWs and feminist ideologically fixated retards, but the Tories are just fucking obscene.

You may not like the likes of Sargon and such Youtube shit-lords, but he's spot-on with just how repugnant the Tory's dealings have been since being in power; conducting literal class warfare on the plebs.

I fucking hate the Torys so much so that I'd pick Corbyn 1000 times over before giving them a 2nd thought, their policies are grotesque and the ones that aren't are simply there to put an appeal to Mr Joe Public rather through any genuine concern. Their attitude towards those policies too, by trying to make severe issues the fault of someone else, blowing it up in the media to draw attention away from their own failings or just blatantly ignoring / covering it up is vile too - food banks, the disabled, welfare recipients, the housing market, banks, NHS, workers rights, human rights, immigration etc etc. The way they sell off public services to their 'mates' at discounted prices, or the policies created due to their pockets being greased for the sake of the country too !. The NHS isn't buckling because A&E is inundated with scrapped knees nor is the economy fucked because Labour built schools. You come to expect lies and smokescreens in politics, but the Torys really do take pisstaking to a whole new level.

The problem is though that Corbyn has alienated his party so much so that no one can take it seriously anymore. The elected MPs that he governs have next to no choice in what he decides, so they end up being stuck between what Corbyn wants and what their constituents want, leaving them with a choice of for or against Corbyn or 'the people', it's almost like a dictator but SJW is prolly a better description . It's why his leadership qualities are constantly being raised as a question, he feels so empowered by his mandate that he thinks that he can ignore the rest of the country and this has left the Tory bloodsuckers with a stranglehold over people who just want to see a fairer society. He needs to realise that change won't happen overnight and his staunch stance against anyone who disagrees won't work unless he actually engages with them.

Thatcher realised that she could abandon 30% of the public and still reign supreme, Corbyn seems to think that he can ignore 70% and achieve the same result.

Why is everyone so shocked? It was part of the vote. People knew/were told Plenty of times that this was going to be the case.

Also Fuck Tim Farron and his rhetoric. Calling the decision undemocratic. What utter nonsense. Between him and Corbyn the Tories could put a baked potato in for the next election and it would win.

I don't think stuff like that should be reported in the media. It's pretty important stuff for us as an island and undermines our position as a country in the bigger scheme of things.

hmmm...

i think when journalists imply that the truth is being withheld from the public or the HoC, they're forgetting that you can't tell the legislature without also telling the country and therefore the whole world

Brits go the extra mile at improving race relations :)

The police watchdog has launched an investigation after officers Tasered a race relations adviser who has worked to improve links between the force and the black community in Bristol.

Quote:
The Supreme Court has ruled against Theresa May's Brexit plans and decreed that MPs are entitled to vote on whether to trigger Article 50.

The verdict is a blow for the Prime Minister, albeit one she had expected and had prepared for, after she initially wanted to launch the Brexit process unilaterally.

There is now no doubt that Ms May must seek the permission of MPs, a vote due by the end of March, before invoking Article 50 and starting a two-year countdown to Brexit

Well the house of Lords is mostly appointed by people we elected now anyway ?

Fuck congress, didn't something like that result in a recent Italian PM resigning in similiar fashion to Mr Davids egg on face Brexit plan ?

Pretty sure the House of Lords have saved our bacon from some shitty legislation a few times n all.
