Looks like dropships for an alien invasion.

Thanks losCHUNK. I am still in awe.

One is awesome enough on its own, but two rockets landing at the same time? We live in the future, people.

Here's another perspective of the boosters landing from SmarterEveryDay. Put your headphones on.

The two booster feeds were from one and the same booster in the live broadcast. They fixed this in the uploaded video I linked on the first page.

Nah, I don’t think I’ve seen that before. I dunno, he just looks familiar. Maybe just one of those faces...

He collaborates with other YouTubers occasionally, maybe you saw him on someone else's channel? I've seen him on The Slow Mo Guys and John Green's channels, plus a few others.

SmarterEveryDay is a Christian, but I can forgive him because he covers some interesting stuff

Yeah, he doesn't shove it down your throat, so it's fine I guess.

As long as the reason isn't because God, I'm fine. I love his enthusiasm.

I don't see how this is relevant. I didn't even know (although him being American, the numbers are in favor of him being a Christian). Anyway, as long as he doesn't involve his Christianity in whatever he's doing on his channel, I don't think it matters. And I've never seen him mention anything religious or have religion influence the way he's dealing with his subject matter.

He says "God bless" every once in a while, and puts Psalm numbers at the end of each video, but that's about it.

Oh lol, I usually close his videos before the end because the last 2 mins is usually him promoting some sponsor

Same, but if my keyboard is across the room, I can't be arsed to skip to the next video in my playlist. :smirk:

A few other channels similar to SmarterEveryDay are Steve Mould and Mark Rober's channels, plus Veritasium. They all tackle esoteric science and engineering subjects in a compelling way.

Got to be honest, I think we saw a pivotal moment in human history at that launch.
