With a good producer this guy could put out a nice album. It's real rap too not about capn niggas, smackin the bitches, or downin some 40s. He reminds me of Atmosphere.

I checked him out, he's smooth but sadly too bland a style.

His style reminds me of this old Rab/jazz/blues group called. They have since split and died off but were good in their time
