Sometimes you get weird text/symbol combinations when text is unicode but IE displays it as regular ASCII. This can be fix by editing the webpage and adding in this tag at top:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

yea, if you switch your encoding to UTF-8 it looks normal
