ice wim Gibblet Joined: 15 Mar 2005 Posts: 16	Posted: 03-15-2005 01:33 PM                  Hey all; I am very new at the game tough it has been laying in my closet for 3 years...... Now I installed it and opened up some ports witch was in the manual. I could play the game direct on internet and when I stopped; I couldn't connect anymore and got the "No response from master server" to see. Sometimes it works, mostly not. It don't matter if I shut down the firewall. As I said: I just put in the game and did nothing else.........IS there anything I have to do? I didn't had to put in a key or something........strange I thought..... I like the game very much but want to play it online! Can anyone please help me?

Bdw3 Elite Joined: 12 Mar 2000 Posts: 11982	Posted: 03-15-2005 03:50 PM                  They are seperate programs that download server lists from several masters servers, ping them for you and allow you to see the servers status, what map, how many players, what mod, etc. When you use the program to connec to a server it launches the game for you.
