Hello. I have a trouble. When I play Quake3, I get this graphics error (tested on q3dm1), seen here:

What could cause this error? Is my graphics card gonna to die soon? I have nVidia GeForce 9800 GT graphics card, using on Intel Core 2 Duo with Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit Service Pack 1 installed machine. Seems it has to do something with graphics card, unless there is something wrong with drivers :( Played on clean installation of game.

EDIT: idk why images do not want to show here, maybe bug in lvlshot tag? Do you see images when clicked on link? I doo. Unless I screwed something on my websites :D

It shows basically some strange colour-noisy stripes over textures and shaders (even sky) and has tendention to fade from some point of view. Also, the geometry blinks (for some very short time parts of geometry are not visible, changing very rapidly). Does it mean my graphics card is going to die soon? :(

I can't see any pictures CZghost.
I don't think it is the video card, more likely the path to the your web storage www for the pictures..

Here's the path to the Google image on my web-space http://www.whiskey7.org/
Code:
http://www.whiskey7.org/index_files/google_black.gif

and the picture
Image
It is hyperlinked too :smirk:

This certainly reminds me to renovate or detonate my web-page/webspace.

It's hosting related problem, that with the images links. I'm actually solving that issue on hosting forums...

Do a clean install of Q3, update drivers, see if problem persists. If yes, you likely have a graphics card problem. If not, you fixed it by installing Q3.
