Seems my Fire Fox is not displaying the Youtube items but Chrome (and IE) is??

In this post from GD I see just the end text "This seems kind ...."

This seems kind of interesting.

In the days before the assistant was added I used this format

Code:
[flash=400,300]http://www.youtube.com/v/VdQY7BusJNU[/flash]

It too doesn't display here (without code if someone would try?

Seems there is a problem in Firefox at this time - Suffering many crashes?

More testing.... Another desktop PC next to mine displays OK so it is my setup :mad: somewhere

If anything, you could at least try updating Flash.

Failing that; just stick to IE.

I know this is going to sound strange, cause you don't want to disable your adblocker; but...

It could be something in your adbliocker. Try disabling your adblocker. Your adblocker could be blocking Youtube.

Adblockers get updated lists, maybe someone got too heavy handed after adverts got uploaded to Youtube and embedded elsewhere :!:

Thanks DTS. It was the first thing I tried to no avail. On more reading/Googling I've decided to refresh Firefox and amazingly it works! I see the videos now :up:

most modern browsers have started to roll out a default blocking of Flash components.
You might have given Chrome permission to autoload Flash, but not FF.

I know I had to turn hardware acceleration off in Firefox when I first moved back to Windows last year.

directions should be here, I think other browsers are similar
