You'll need to use an SVN client for that.
Download any of the subversion clients from here. I downloaded the one from CollabNet myself, but their site requires registration before you can download. If you choose to download from CollabNet, you'll only need the "CollabNet Subversion Command-Line Client v1.6.16" package.

Be warned though. It is a commandline tool that requires some knowledge on how to operate it. The instructions on this page are required as well and possibly all you'll need.

There's TortoiseSVN too, a GUI SVN client.

I'm actually a big fan of SmartSVN. It's not free (as in beer) though.
