so is this dead for good? got back into rtcw mp recently and also got into the dirty bomb beta (have a few keys to spare aswell)

so I reinstalled this game, set my max fps to 120 and my refresh rate to 120 (using CRT) and this game feels like it has micro stutter or runs slow or something... is this due to the physics fps being at 30
