Adds:

* Bumpmapped reflective surfaces
* Aliasing
* Atmospheric/Volumetric lighting
* Enhanced contrast and more vibrant colors
* Dithering

Except for the added bloom effect, it's hard to tell the difference with these color paletted gif images.

Well, not sure about the bottom one, but the top one definitelly looks better. Bright sky will glare over the geometry.

Yes that's the bloom effect I'm talking about.

That's more than just bloom. You can see the sky reflected on the walls, and the wall structure in the reflection (due to the added bump mapping).
