New gym opened last week. My first workout was last night. It's going to be a productive year.

Oddly you'd think that'd be my favorite rum but I prefer Sailor Jerry...

Remember the Mason Jar I was drinking my juice out of? That's a sailor jerry mason jar.

Been getting some great use out of my budget steam machine and media center I built for the living room. Was able to sell my PS3 since the PC can play 3D blurays. Just need to transition the cable tuner card into that box and I can sell one of my 360s as well. Been playing a lot of emulated games on it with the wireless 360 controllers so that's a ton of fun. Mario Kart Double Dash at 120" in 1080p .

Got most of the wedding planning done or underway. Basically just need to go order the tuxes at some point and book the honeymoon. We decided on Sandals in St Lucia.

don't think I've ever seen that stuff sold over here. Our Rum selection is pretty bad though. I'm guessing that stuff is a bit more smooth than what I'm used to.

edit: Hey waitaminte. That went from an 80proof bottle to 151! :p

Trying to find a normal sized image

I have 2 bottles of the 80 proof drink...I think the 151 would be lethal. It is easy to drink you see. Get some if you can pick it up - and then try a dark and stormy

After quite a long break from multiplayer gaming I've started playing the DayZ Standalone beta. It's pretty cool, though a bit monotonous at times. However, they're adding new features all the time. So it should continue to get better.

Yup, I'm in tertiary education. Big brass balls on him, I'd never go to Afghanistan. Dude is either alpha as fuck or just crazy.

Updated some MB drivers, fingers crossed.

Celebrating a little tonight with takeaway Thai and a bottle of champagne.

I have noticed recently, here anyway, that takeaway prices are the same as eat in prices :(

It used to be the case, yes years ago probably, that takeaway was about half the price of eat in (table/wait service) menu items.

I've been looking for a new job since last week... the recently announced budget cuts mean i very likely won't be able to stay where i work now. Shame, i really like it here, but what are you going to do eh.

My goal is to find a job that pays a decent salary, by which i mean at least about twice what i make now. Shouldn't be that hard, i am after all a good looking intelligent & charming professional young man without a racial handicap. I'm thinking office management at a small law firm... not a fan of the lawyer culture but they pay exceedingly well and forensic shit sort of is my thing now.

Got my first enduro night race on Saturday. I'm in the masters class and if I do poorly you won't hear about it again.
