Going to buy another and keep it for rent. Not much point in selling now.

As long as you can keep renters in there.

I'd also suggest paying a manager to do all the landlord stuff. It's not much fun and you can probably find someone to do it for around 10% of the rent...

My wife's an accountant. She's also shit hot on the legal side of being a landlord, we've already evicted one tenant and won all the money back from her family.

Yeah, my wife is an accountant too. But that's what I mean, having to deal with shitty renters, fixing shit around the house, evicting people. Just not worth the hassle. I'd rather just pay someone to handle all that...

My farther owns a building business. Maintenance is FOC. It's the perfect storm.

Right now she's not working due to kids and may not go back for some years. She's got the time to manage any issues.

Jesus, where do you own houses, Gotham City? Aside from a new boiler I bought in January, I've never had a single issue with three houses in ten years of being a landlord. I redecorate in between tenancies, but that's it. Never had so much as a missed payment. Having a property manager for anything less than ten houses seems like a waste of money to me.

As a matter of fact, I do own homes in Gotham City...

Got a technical introduction to a 3,50X6, something meters large wall of these today:
http://www.christiedigital.com/en-us/vi ... fault.aspx
Jaw dropping. I couldn't see the pixels/LEDs when I was 2-3 meters away. Have to see OLED in comparison. Wall of that size needs 32 Ampere (full).
It was for business.

Spent 3 days on q3dm6 (hurhur). Went stargazing, canoeing, swimming, and caving. One of my friends is an equestrian, so she knew the stable owner who lived nearby, took some horses out for a ride.

My tent has built-in LED's and a solar panel.

Beautiful pictures.
Man, that night sky.
The B/Ws are very good, too.

Sorry to steal this post, but I noticed, I posted the wrong link to those LED walls.
Those things I linked to are outdated. It was a link sent to me by that technician to show me what they had had to work with till just 2-3 years prior.
The actual wall will be built with something like this:
http://www.barco.com/de/produkte-und-l% ... A4che.aspx
We will build the wall-cabinet and the interior of that room as joiners.

I was up in Glenlivet recently doing bikes and the night sky was awesome. However my SLR isn't on my list of things to pack when doing bikes.
