There's a new one?

Ohhhh, nice. Didn’t they remaster it with polished visuals? I’d love to play that again...

Yeah they did :D voice acting too. But you can switch between the two versions in any scene by pressing F10, which is cool.

Excellent game. I liked Monkey Island 2 even better. Be sure to play that after this.

Meanwhile, I'm playing Final Fantasy 8 Remastered. Far from my favourite FF games which is probably why I played it the least.
Kinda forgot how completely off the rails the story goes after the first disc. :dork:

Grim Dawn + expansions - I'm late to the party with this one, but it's a blast. If you enjoyed Titan Quest, Diablo etc, this is very much in the same vein (particulary TQ)

Been playing this game called Dead Cell. It's like if Castlevania, metroid and dark souls had a baby. Fantastic little gem.

I see, a prettier version of the same game!
Nah, I jest, Racedriver GRID was pretty good. The physics got wonky sometimes though. I had this happen to me:

Everyone I hear talk about it has mostly bad things to say. I also hear it'll be free come January.

I've been messing around with RDR2 for the past couple of days. Very good game. Rock Star just needs to work out issues with the game periodically stuttering and freezing.

My son's dropped Fortnite hard, telling all his friends he 'found a game way better' and has everyone convinced to play Overwatch.
He bought himself a headset and he and his friends party up whenever they can.

I was kind of out of Overwatch but it's fun to see these kids 'inventing' the idea of what is basically a clan. Discussing strategies when offline, having quintessential discussions of what character can beat another in a fair fight and such.

Sometimes I get to play, too.
