You know, I hated the previous 2 films, but I think episode 3 was fucking excellent.diego wrote:Revenge of the Sith for the 6th time. 10/10!! anybody who disputes is wrong!
Apart from the hideous "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" scene.
"Lord Vader, Geoffrey has made another thread in General Discussion"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Was hoping to hear that..Nightshade wrote:Not the last movie I saw, but worth mentioning is Madagascar. The wife and I took our daughter to see it, and I wasn't expecting much. I laughed my fucking ass off through most of it.
8/10

It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.
I am now sick.

Crash - 9/10 Even though you may know its one of those 'impossible coincidence' movies, it works and really grabs you.
National Treasure - 8/10 - Simple fun. Kinda like an Indiana Jones.
Episode 3 - 8/10 - Much better than 1 or 2, still lags behind the others. THe first and last 40 minutes are worth the ticket.

I had a hard time deciding whether or not I liked The Life Aquatic. I'm a big Bill Murray fan, and this movie was rife with his subtle, backhanded humor. But some of it was so strange, I was actually sitting there saying (out loud, moind you) "Did that just fucking happen? Did he really just do that?"
I guess that's part of the brilliance, because after I let it sink in for a couple days, I decided that I really liked it.
It was the same with Rushmore.
