Wow. I'm surprised how many people think it looks good.
Juggernaut looks retarded.
Mutant cure storyline again? Give me a break.
Angel looks retarded.
Colossus looks like he tried to hog all the retarded to himself and succeeded.
The only thing that looks good about it is dark Phoenix.
Also if they kill off all the characters they say they are going to I will be greatly disappointed.

Juggernaut does look retarded. He looks like Ram-Man from the He-Man cartoons.
I thought Colossus looked good in the last trailer, but you can't really get a good look at him in this one.
I thought Angel looked pretty cool though - I just wonder if we'll ever see him with the metal wings.

Cyclops' character is no big loss IMO anyway - he hasn't really been developed much better than Storm, even though his 'love story' is a central piece of the movie.
Rogue doesn't bother me much either, the way they've been using her character has been pretty predictable and tiring after they last one.
But killing off Prof. X?! WTF?
I don't have a problem with them killing off mutants and replacing them with others - kinda follows after the comics. But it's going to be disappointing if they kill the professor.
I'll definitely miss Mystique. Not just because I'm in LOVE with that suit, but she has been pretty interesting in the story so far.
I sure as hell wish they would have made Juggernaut look like he's supposed to though. He's just about my favorite character in any of the comics, and it sucks to see him put in as a scrawny, normal-sized person with a metal helmet and shoulderpads. >=\

It'll be a glorious day when people that make movies like this wake up & realise that there's just as much or more money to be made by ignoring the larger public and just going for a full on remake of the comics.

Here's my bet on how the story will go.
There will be word of a mutant cure, Beast will be torn between being true to himself and fixing his appearance.
Cyclops will go back to Alkali Lake (he will be all disheveled and pissed off) but Phoenix will suddenly rise. Yay, we're all happy. Cyclops and Phoenix will kiss and she will accidentally fry him on the spot. Wolverine will then show up and take her in. Meanwhile the Brotherhood will attack the government, releasing all the bad mutants they need for their war. This will prompt the government to use the powers of this young boy (Leech) in order to take away (cure) the mutants.
This will piss off the Brotherhood.
Meanwhile Jean will find out Prof. X has placed mental blocks in her mind in order to control her powers. This will piss off Jean and she will go fight on the side of the brotherhood.
They're saying the final battle will be in a suburban neighborhood so I'm betting Jean will go visit her family and probably accidentally kill them. She will also fight Prof X at this point (im betting it will be a fight on the astral plane where Prof X will be able to walk).
Eventually Jean will see the error of her ways and either A) Kill herself or B) Kill Magneto or C) Fly off into space.
Oh yeah, and Iceman and Kitty will hook up, and I bet Colossus will be gay.
