now I need to finish it properly, the bottom is horribly rough, those rectangles on the wings look dreadful and it's supposed to be camouflaged on top.

as i said, it's not intended to fly, though I think it would if i put it to the test - all the control surfaces work. I'm afraid I know nothing about model aircraft engines, so am unable to answer your second question
