scimitar was a nice looking car. i think its made of fibreglass. if you like that shape, check out the old jensen interceptor. there's a fair bit of similarity.

Yes, the Jensen is decent too. I love the 70's so much over the present-day car design....

my dad had one about 10yrs ago.
reliant scimitar se5 or se5a
from what i can remember a 3000cc ford v6
it was kinda nice, but i wouldnt want to be in it when it crashed..i dunno it had some sort of built in built in roll cage, but it still felt really fragile.
oh and it overheated all the time.

I've once had the delight to be co-driver in one.....years ago....crazy feeling in there. Almost like sitting in a two seater plane. Even the steering weel looks more like a plane steer than a car's steering wheel. You also enter this...thing...by flipping open the glass dome to one side...
